OVERVIEW
Signamax Connectivity Systems' 065-18xxZ series 10/100 to 100BaseFX PoE+ Power Source Equipment (PSE) Industrial Media Converters have been developed to operate in harsh industrial environments that require ruggedized equipment that can operate in wide temperature extremes.
These media converters are an affordable solution for outdoor environments, transportation roadside systems, shop floors, and other harsh environments where consistent operation at temperature extremes of 14°F to 140°F (-10°C to 60°C, tested from -4°F to 158°F [-20°C to 70°C]) is necessary.
These media converters support and provide power to both IEEE 802.3af PoE and IEEE 802.3at PoE+ Powered Devices such as IP cameras, Access Control Devices, and Wireless Access Points, and are compact, plug-and-play devices that do not require complex user setup. Their 48 V DC terminal block accepts DC power from a local 48 V DC power supply or 48 V DC power distribution system.
